Skill #3: Time Stop

MAGIC!!1! This is one of Homura's big trademark powers. She can, well, stop time! It freezes everything around her except for things/people she's in direct contact with. That stipulation isn't something she can control, and can be exploited, as shown when Kyouko grabs her at one point. In canon, the upper limit for how long she can do this at one go is sort of ill-defined (I think an interview somewhere says she has 30 days' worth of frozen time before she has to recharge? Something like that?). Obviously with the power cap, she won't be able to be anywhere near as cavalier with it, and I'll of course be talking things over with anyone she might happen to use this power against!
