Memory #23: Nobody's listening!

Homura: Kyubey tricked us all!
Sayaka: And what would Kyubey get out of a lie like that?
Homura: That's . . .
Sayaka: Do you want to turn us against each other? Is that why you're spouting that nonsense? Don't tell me you're conspiring with that Kyouko whoever!
Homura: No!
Madoka: Sayaka-chan, you shouldn't turn against her either.
Sayaka: If I can have a say in this, I'm against teaming up with this girl. Madoka and Mami have projectiles, but you should really give all those sudden explosions a break. I'm always afraid I'll get caught up in one.
Mami: Don't you have any other weapons, Akemi-san?
Homura: I'll try to think of something . . .

Well, she already has the spoilers for this one--that no one heeded her warning and Sayaka ended up becoming a witch. She's also seeing that Sayaka and Kyouko's relationship always seems to start bad . . . but apparently got better before Sayaka went off the deep end?!
This one is more informational than behavior-altering, though it'll make her more easily frustrated with Sayaka (though ultimately she's still trying to get along with her). If anything, the fact that Mami and Madoka didn't seem to take her seriously either stings worse, really.
