Memory #10: Madoka (and Mami) to the rescue!
(Ep. 10, significant positive; won in Game #63. Item: a cube of tiger butter fudge)
Homura: What is this place . . . ?
*A bewildered Homura finds herself walking in a strange landscape that resembles a Picasso painting, with a fiery red-and-yellow sky. As she speaks, a strange, misshapen version of the Arc De Triomphe rises from the ground behind her. Homura turns to face it.*
Homura: What? What's going on?!
*Distorted figures appear in the the gap of the arch, resembling rough sketches of monsters come to life. They lurch towards Homura with frightening speed, but just as they're upon her, the report of a rifle rings through the air, along with the less familiar sound of the air being split by arrows made of ~magic.~ Shots strike the figures, one one hits the arch as well. Glowing golden threads then sprout from all the places where the rifle found its mark, weaving and tangling together to bind the sketch-zombies to the arch that spawned them.*
*Homura just stares, not really knowing what the fuck. But then, all of a sudden, who should be standing before her but a pretty blonde girl in an unusual uniform--and, more importantly, Madoka in another unusual uniform!!*
Mami: That was a close call.
Madoka: It's fine now, Homura-chan!
Homura: You're--
Kyubey: They are magical girls. They hunt witches.
Madoka: Now you know our secret . . . but don't tell the others in class!
*Madoka and Mami let fly once again, and the Arc and its zombies explode dramatically. Homura watches in awe, her eyes shining.*
-kyaa kyaa Madoka ♥ +9001
This wasn't a super educational memory--she's got one from right after it that already let her know Madoka saved her from a witch (and that Madoka is totally awesome and brave and stuff). But this is The Moment, the memory itself, and what it lacks in tellin' her NEW THINGS it makes up for in being generally encouraging and happy and kyaaa Madokaaaaa ♥ ♥ ♥.
In short, this is basically a memory of the moment in which she fell in love.
